In order to build a constant pressure gas source for the verification and calibration of large-scale and wide-ranging pressure gauges, and provide a constant pressure (micro pressure) gas source with integrated automatic pressure control / calibrator, it is a new gas pressure generator that can replace nitrogen cylinders, with stepped pressure control output (0-14) kPa gas pressure.
It is applicable to pressure gauge manufacturers, metrology (institutes), third-party testing institutions, factories, mines, enterprises and institutions. It is also an innovation of the new mode of pressure calibration.

The gas pressure generator takes the micro pressure air pressure station as the pressure source, obtains the medium pressure gas pressure, and uses the volumetric tank as the automatic pressure generation and storage to maintain a constant pressure source. For the frequent batch verification of pressure gauges, this system saves time and effort compared with the direct manual electric pressure, greatly improves the pressure verification efficiency, and is a good assistant for the pressure verification engineer.
